Hey everyone, If you're reading this in the morning, good morning! So I started eating healthier a couples months ago, but, I was craving pancakes and waffles (mmm praiseππΏ) until a friend of mine told me, the other day, what she cooks to cure her waffle/pancake cravings. When she told me this I cried tears of joy because, it's a much healthier alternative, it's cheap, and affordable, AND IT'S ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS!!! So here is the recipe (thanks Kennedy!! Love ya girl!):
1 banana
2 eggs
1/2 tablespoon of oatmeal (optional)
First, mash the banana up in a bowl with your fork, make sure to get it all mushy. Then, add your 2 eggs and oatmeal and continue to mash them all together. Once all of the chunks are gone, just pour it into the pan and start cooking!!!
After i cook the pancakes I like to pour agave nectar on topπ
